They do not replace a written project agreement, statement of work, invoice, hosting agreement, support plan, or other service-specific terms. If separate project terms conflict with these website terms, the project terms control for that project.

Quote requests

Submitting a form or email request does not create a service agreement, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation for SMGPR.NET to accept the work. Pricing, scope, timeline, deliverables, access needs, payment terms, and support expectations must be confirmed separately before work begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or contact form to:

• Send spam, malware, phishing content, illegal content, or abusive messages.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, disruption, scraping, or interference with the site or API.
• Submit information you are not authorized to share.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, project ownership, or right to request work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, your rights to any content or systems involved in a project, and maintaining your own backups unless backup work is expressly included in a project scope. Do not submit production credentials, private keys, payment card data, regulated data, or highly sensitive data through the public contact form.

Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party products or services such as domain registrars, DNS providers, hosting platforms, email providers, APIs, payment processors, software vendors, mods/plugins, or game server software. Those services are controlled by their own providers, terms, pricing, limits, and availability.

Website content and intellectual property

The SMGPR.NET website, branding, copy, graphics, and code are owned by SMGPR.NET or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for informational purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or misrepresent the site content as your own. Ownership and licensing for project deliverables should be handled in the relevant project agreement or invoice.

No warranty for the public website
